Townies Loyalty Card

Collect a card on your next visit to Townies and get your first stamp. On your 5th visit to Townies you can exchange this card for a Voucher Code worth one free visit to Townies in the future!

T&Cs

1. Stamps must be requested at reception when you arrive for your session – We are unable to backdate stamps under any circumstances.

2. This loyalty card is one per child and is not transferable.

3. The Voucher Code will be redeemable against one ‘Child’ ticket or one ‘Pre Walker’ ticket – determined by the tickets purchased to fill the card.

4. Voucher code is for standard sessions ONLY - Cannot be used with seasonal session or events.

5. ONLINE ONLY - The Voucher Code can only be used online and is subject to availability.

6. Voucher code will need to be used before the expiry date printed on the front or it will be void.

7. Townies Indoor Play reserve the right to remove/cancel this loyalty scheme at any time.

8. Townies Indoor Play reserve the right refuse a completed card if misuse is suspected.

9. We cannot replace lost, stolen or soiled cards with new stamps.

10. The card has no cash value.

Blue Light Discount

We offer 5% Blue Light Discount on your online bookings. Enter code bluelight on the checkout page. You'll need to show your card at reception when you arrive. The live app card is also accepted but we cannot accept screenshots.

If you are unable to present your card, the discount will be removed.
Discount is only applicable to standard play sessions and may not be available for some events or 'Takeovers'.

Blue Light Discount cannot be applied on top of other promotional offers.
