Booking in advance is highly recommended!

Frequently asked questions
Booking is recommended as our sessions are limited capacity in order to give everyone a magical experience. You can arrive without booking but please check the booking page first as this will indicate if/when sessions are available. Walk ins are accepted only if space allows but if you enter after the session starts you will still need to leave at the end of that session.

Townies has been purpose built for younger children and our large equipment is not built for children older than 7 years. Our ride on cars & similar toys are unsuitable for older children.
Yes, if you have children outside of the playing age range (0-7) they can still attend with you free of charge and sit in our café area.
Every child booking comes with a free adult booking. Any additional adults (more than children on the booking) will have a charge. This is due to limited space in the venue. For example a family of four, 2 adults & 2 children, would only need to purchase child tickets - If grandparents, aunts or uncles come along too - You'll need to purchase additional adult tickets.
Anyone over the age of 15 will count as an additional adult.
We have no set opening days or times - Please see the Booking page for slots available over the next 2 weeks. Days and times may vary each week.
Yes we accept cash for on site bookings at reception and at our café counter.
If you enter the play zone late, you will still need to leave at the end of the session time, regardless of how much time spent at Townies Indoor Play. It is recommended to arrive no more than 10 minutes early to allow for reset/cleaning between sessions.
You will receive a warning when there is 5 minutes left of your session.
