Parties & Group Bookings

You can book Townies exclusively for Birthday Parties and special occasions for your family & friends.

For smaller get togethers you can hire a section of our seating area for £99. Up to 8 Children and 8 Adults. Ages 0-4 Only.

We also take bookings for Schools, Nurseries, Kids Clubs & Childminding Groups. All children must be 7 or under to play.

What's Included:

Exclusive use of venue/facilities/equipment. No other customers will be present.
Self Catering: You can bring your own food/decorations/ balloons/presents.
You have the option to control the music through Bluetooth, although this can't be loud due to our neighbouring businesses.
Choose to switch Townies Theatre into Party Mode with a speaker & disco light.
The cafe counter will be open if you would like to purchase snacks & drinks but you're also allowed to bring your own (Parties Only) - Strictly no alcohol.
Free Parking for attendees during your party times - Subject to availability.
All children playing on equipment must be age 7 or younger & all standard Rules of Play apply.

Exclusive Hire - Recommended for up to 25 children

Our pricing varies on many factors. You can use our party enquiry form to get your personalised quote. Our Peak Time (School Holidays & Weekends) Exclusive Hire ranges between £195-£295 for 2 hours.

Off Peak Exclusive Hire for nurseries, schools & groups starts from £125 for 90 minutes. Enquire using our contact form here.

Section Hire £99

You can now hire a section of our seating area for a 90 minute session. The play area will be open to a reduced amount of standard bookings.

Only for Ages 0-4

Up to 8 children and 8 adults

You can:

Bring a small amount of decorations for the cordoned off area
Bring a birthday cake
Book at short notice - if we have space available you can book at very short notice

You can’t

Play your own music
Decorate reception or any play areas
Bring mascots
Bring any more than 8 children
Bring any more than 16 people in total
