Typical party times are 1130-130 or 2-4 but this can be adapted to suit your requirements.

This number will be built into your quote and will be a set maximum.

Exclusive Hire Booking Terms

• The group booker is responsible for ensuring there are enough adults to provide supervision of the children at all times. This is for the safety of the children, venue & equipment. There is no direct ratio required, this is for the group booker to determine.

• No children playing on the equipment can be over 7 years of age (8 or older). We are not insured for older children to play on our equipment.

• We do not currently offer catering/hosting/decorating but you are welcome to bring your own. You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your party start time to set up. Please bear in mind any decorations will need to be removed within 15 minutes of the end of your party time to allow time for the next session.

• If bringing food, children need clean hands before re-entering the play zone. We are unable to plug in appliances brought from home.

• You can control the music through Bluetooth if you would like to make a playlist, or we can give you playlist options on the day. The volume can't be too loud due to neighbouring businesses.

• Free parking is available at the venue for guests for the duration of the party - This is subject to availability as the car park can get busy. Please ensure guests give their car registration at reception.

• All attendees, adults & children will need to be wearing socks to enter the play zone. Food & drink past the play zone fence is forbidden. No smoking, vaping or alcohol is to be consumed on the premises. Smoking is to be done away from the venue entrance. All guests should read the Rules of Play available at the venue.

• The booker will be held liable for any damages to the venue/equipment if caused through negligence.

• We hold seasonal 'takeovers' throughout the year and if your party falls during these times, the venue may be decorated/themed differently to how you have seen before booking.

• We are not air conditioned - For bookings in the height of summer, it may be hot inside the venue. We offset this with fans as much as possible.

• Payment is required up front to secure your booking. Cancellations within 7 days of your booking are non refundable.
