This event will be held on Saturday 29th August 11am until 3pm in Townies Car Park, The Crescent, Hemsby, NR29 4JF. This is a first time event in aid of East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH). We will be hosting 15-18 stalls. Our aim is to give local makers a space to market their products, raise money for a fantastic cause chosen by our customers and bring more people to our end of Hemsby. Set up no earlier than 10am and leave site by 4pm. Parking is available nearby for vendors, details to be confirmed upon successful application.

As we are limited on space, we are selecting vendors based on their unique, local & handmade suitability.

We are asking for a small donation to EACH in place of a pitch fee.

Pitch fee (your donation to EACH) is required to confirm your pitch. This is non refundable as it's a donation to charity.

Our aim is to provide a wide variety of stall types for this event but exclusivity is not guaranteed.

We will do our best to ensure a successful event, however, we cannot guarantee visitor numbers or sales levels.

We cannot be held accountable for anything beyond our control including but not limited to; poor phone signal, slow/poor internet connection, poor weather conditions and road closures affecting accessibility to the event.

Your pitch location will be provided upon confirmation of your booking, this cannot be changed.

All rubbish must be taken away with you
